We congratulate you on choosing to obtain medical insurance through an HMO and would be most pleased to provide your medical needs through our Medical Group. We at Prospect strongly believe that with an HMO and Prospect you are the beneficiary of potentially the largest quantity of good medical care for the least amount of dollars spent, be it from your pocket, your employer's, or a combination of the two.

At Prospect we recognize that there are some potential annoyances that occur in the practice of managed care in the HMO/Prospect environment, i.e., waits for referrals, and the use of our specialist physicians and our hospitals. On behalf of our HMO partners and ourselves we constantly try to minimize or eliminate these annoyances. For instance, you will have direct access from your personal doctor to the more commonly used specialists. Our friendly customer service department is ready, willing and able to help you find a different doctor or simply help through those times when you feel the system is not working.
